• Properties marked "Tax Est." have property taxes estimated at 0.6% of price where listing data was missing
• Yield Score is a composite of cash-on-cash (35%), cap rate (25%), cash flow (20%), and GRM (20%), percentile-ranked within the current view
• Confidence score reflects match quality: match tier, number of comps, and rent variance among comps
• Potential basement suite income is informational only and never factored into rankings
